This group is dedicated to those artists, architects, animators and designers working in 3d software such as Rhino, Solidworks, Zbrush, Maya  and more. We discuss both software and physical output and assembly of files through rapid prototyping methods. We'll share information, showcase our work, output some files, review new software and methods, and keep current on what is happening in the industry.

Blender 3D is a free and open-source 3D platform capable of competing with many established professional 3D content suites, but Blender has traditionally suffered from lack of visibility and a smaller userbase than other platforms. Boston Blender was formed to unite Blender users throughout the northeast to learn together, share our projects, and spread the word about this powerful tool. This group is open to experienced Blenderheads and newbies alike—come learn and create with us.
